Project planning is at the heart of the project life cycle, keeping all involved parties informed as to where the project is going and how we are going to get there. We define project Deliverables and requirements, documenting master delivery programmes to create the project schedule.
The project planning and Control services shall consists of preparation of Master program and schedule, Development of project management plan, cost & schedule management system and procedures, implementation of project control tools to suit the project requirements and establishment of integration, scope and risk management practices.

Pre Contract Services :

• We provide the Cost Estimate at various level including Concept, Schematic and Detail Design stage to establish the Client Budget
• Advise the client, the best practice for forms of Contract and procurement strategy to suit the project and Client requirements
• Preparation of detailed Bills Of Quantities in line with the standard method of measurements to five the value for money
• Assisting in Tender Services including invitation of tenders, Tender Evaluation, Negotiations, and Awarding the Contract.

Contract Administration and Cost Monitoring:

• Assist the project team to safe guard the project from inception to completion while reviewing Guaratees, Reports, Budget , Contractual Correspondence in line with the terms and Condition
• Identifying commercial risks and value management concept at earliest and analyzing cost
• Project Close out procedure.

Payment and Certification:

• Certify / Prepare Contractor’s Payment Applications in line with Contract requirements.

We are Dispute Resolution and Construction Claims experts drawing from extensive project experience, protecting the interests of our clients, they being contractors, developers, property owners, construction consultants and subcontractors across the construction industry, through careful forensic delay and quantum analysis. Our Service extended service for

• Identification, formulation, quantification and settlement of extension of time claims,
• Review and Recommend Delay and disruption claims and acceleration claims
• Reviewing accuracy, validity and completeness in the submission of contractual claims
• Advise on Arbitration procedure and to support Arbitrator appointed by the client

Third party evaluation services involve at various stages of the project from inception to completion. DPC is experienced to provide a professional advice and evaluation strategy for the project documents which is prepared by the stake holders of the project with due diligence and care. The Third Party evaluation includes

• Review of project records, quantity measurements etc. to assess final account revalidation and recommendation
• Review of Consultants/ Contractors Cost Report / Budget submission.
• Re auditing of the Works Carried out by the Contractor and certified by the Consultant.
• Revalidation of suspended / hold projects and Establish the Estimate or project cost
• Third party review on variation or EOT recommendation
